Your weekly habits are the bridge between your SMART goal and daily action. Think of them as micro commitments that stack up over12weeks to create real, measurable progress. Each habit should directly support your main goal. Focus on 2–3 high-impact habits/tasks that you can commit to consistently each week. Be specific. Instead of “work on my business, ” say “ write and schedule 2 blog posts every Wednesday.” Use your calendar to time-block these habits—if it’s not scheduled, it usually doesn’t happen.
